Return and Exchange


At Skatescape, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. We understand that you may need to exchange or return a product, and we want to make the process as simple as possible. To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please follow these:

Check the product at home before using it outdoors (with keeping the original box, check the defects, test the size).

If there is an issue, please contact Skatescape via WhatsApp (button located at the bottom right of the screen). Skatescape team will assist the Customer with returning the item for exchange or store credit. It is easier and faster to process returns or exchanges when the product is unused.

Skatescape offer a longer return period for exchange. Customer may return the purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. If Customer are exchanging for a higher value item, Customer will need to pay the difference. If Customer are exchanging for a lower valued item, store credit will be issued.

Please note that only items with no visible signs of wear and tear are eligible for store credit or exchange. Skatescape recommend keeping the original packaging and testing the product at home before using it outdoors.


Return and Refund


The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of Products returned by courier. The transfer of title and risk of the Products will remain with the Customer until the Products have reached Skatescape’s warehouse/store. The Customer must package the item carefully and after shipping the Products, the Customer must provide the Skatescape team with the airway bill or tracking number for traceability purposes.

  1. The Products will be inspected once received and in the event the Products are not eligible for a refund, Skatescape may send the Products back to the Customer at the Customer’s cost and/or refuse to provide a refund.
  2. Products which are eligible for a return will be processed within fourteen (14) days after Skatescape receives it. Refunds will be based on the original mode of payment for the Order of the Products.
  3. If Skatescape has sent you an incorrect or defective item or a Product has been misdescribed on the Website, and you would like to return it, either a refund or an exchange will be offered. In this event, Skatescape shall bear the cost of return shipping. Please contact the Skatescape team (contact details can be obtained via the "Contact Us" section on the Website) for further instructions on how to proceed. Provided that the Product is returned with reasonable care having been taken, the refund to be provided by Skatescape shall be based on your original mode of payment for the Order of the Product.
