Welcome to Skatescape Sdn Bhd. By accessing our website, purchasing our products (including the ZOOS brand), or enrolling in the Skatescape Inline Skating Club (SISC), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

  • Entity: "Skatescape," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Skatescape Sdn Bhd, a registered company in Malaysia.

  • Eligibility: By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Retail and Product Sales (ZOOS Brand)

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions for our inline skates and accessories. However, technical specifications (such as frame material or cuff composition) are subject to manufacturer updates.

  • Pre-orders: For specific product launches, pre-order timelines are estimates. While we aim for personal delivery or prompt shipping, we are not liable for delays caused by global supply chain disruptions.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns on skates that show signs of outdoor use or "wheel wear."

3. Skatescape Inline Skating Club (SISC) & Academy

  • Membership & Fees: Fees for skating classes must be paid according to the schedule provided (e.g., the Sunday deadline for "Induk" group registration). Failure to settle fees may result in suspension from club activities.

  • Code of Conduct: Members and students are expected to maintain sportsmanship. Skatescape reserves the right to terminate memberships for behavior that endangers other skaters or staff.

  • Partner Programs: Services provided in collaboration with partners (such as Juzskate) may be subject to additional partner-specific guidelines.

4. Waiver of Liability and Risk

  • Inherent Risk: Inline skating is an action sport with inherent risks of injury. By participating in SISC classes or using Skatescape products, the user (or guardian) acknowledges these risks.

  • Protective Gear: Skatescape strongly recommends the use of full protective gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards) at all times.

  • Indemnity: Skatescape Sdn Bhd, its directors, and coaches shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during classes or through the use of sold equipment, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the ZOOS brand logo, catalog designs, and website copy, is the property of Skatescape Sdn Bhd. Unauthorized reproduction of marketing materials or brand assets is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
